What are the Login ID and Password?

During fcamp shop member registration, the password is the secret code you can choose for yourself.

  1. Enter "ID & Password Confirmation" in the subject line.
  2. In the body of the email, enter the "Name", "Email Address" and "Home Address" you gave when you registered as an fcamp shop member.

We will check your fcamp shop member registration information and provide your ID and password via email.
Note that if the information in the above identity confirmation process does not exactly match the information you provided during registration, then we will suspend your service.

How long does it take to deliver my product after I order?

How to exchange a product

  2. In the body of the email, enter the "Order Number", "Name", "Email Address" and "Reason for Exchange".

  3. Attach a photo image of the product to the email.
